Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. The first month's retainer covers the audit, onboarding, and initial strategy work. You'll see the first deliverables within the first 2 weeks.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time effective the next billing cycle. Downgrades require 30 days notice and take effect at the next renewal.
What's your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds on completed monthly retainers, but you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We're confident in our work - if you're not seeing measurable progress within 90 days, we'll work with you to understand why and adjust the strategy at no additional charge.
Do you require access to my website?
For schema markup implementation, yes - we'll need either CMS access or for your developer to implement our recommendations. Content-only plans don't require website access.
