Citewise provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) consulting services designed to improve the visibility of professional service firms in AI-generated search results. Our services include:

• AI Visibility Score assessment (free tool)
• GEO strategy consulting
• Content optimization and creation
• Citation building and monitoring
• Ongoing AI visibility reporting

3. Free AI Visibility Score Tool

The AI Visibility Score tool provides an estimate of your firm's AI search visibility based on available signals. Please note:

• The score is an estimate and assessment tool, not a guarantee of actual AI engine behavior
• Scores are generated to illustrate the visibility gap common among professional firms
• Results are intended to prompt a conversation about your firm's AI visibility, not as a precise technical measurement
• Providing contact information to receive the full report constitutes consent to be contacted by our team

4. Service Agreements

Paid services are governed by a separate Service Agreement provided to clients before engagement. Key terms include:

• Monthly retainer payments due at the start of each billing period
• 30-day cancellation notice required
• No refunds on completed monthly retainers
• Client responsible for providing accurate business information and timely feedback

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in our forms
• Not use automated tools to access or scrape our Site without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Citewise or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Reports and deliverables created as part of a paid service engagement are licensed to the client for their business use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND FREE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate or complete.

AI engine behavior is subject to change by the operators of those engines (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Anthropic) and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CITEWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CITEWISE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citewise from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
